This policy explains subscription cancellations and refunds for payments you make to Elite Coach Booking.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can use the Service at no charge for the stated trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the applicable subscription fee.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@elitecoachbooking.com. When you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep access to your paid features until that period ends.
- You will not be billed for any subsequent periods.
3. Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time. However, we want you to be satisfied:
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are charged for your first paid billing period and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will issue a full refund of that payment.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will promptly investigate and refund any incorrect charges.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@elitecoachbooking.com from the email address on your account, including the charge date and amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Payments between coaches and their clients
Payments that a coach collects from their own clients through the Service are separate from your subscription with us. Refunds for those client payments are the responsibility of the coach and are handled under that coach's own policies. Elite Coach Booking is not a party to those transactions.
