Do I need an existing website?

No. Every option includes your personal coaching website and the tools to edit it. It is designed to become the central destination you send prospective and current clients.

Can I change the site after it launches?

What can clients book?

Private lessons on every option. Camps, clinics, classes and other programs on Elite and on Platform billing. Each offer connects to the relevant booking and business rules.

How do payments connect?

Is this a coach marketplace?

No. This is your personal coaching business and your public coach site. Elite Coach Booking provides the system behind your brand rather than placing you inside a directory of competing coaches.

Which option do I need?

Core if you sell one-to-one lessons. Elite if you also run programs such as camps, classes and clinics, sell memberships, collect waivers or coach by video. Platform billing if you would rather pay nothing monthly and give up 20% of paid lessons.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not before your first booking. After it, Core is $39 a month and Elite is $79 a month. Platform billing has no monthly fee: ECB keeps 20% of paid lessons booked through ECB instead.

What counts as my first booking?

The first confirmed booking after you open live bookings. Until you do, your site runs in test booking mode, and practice bookings do not start your plan.

Do you take a cut of my lessons?

Not on Core or Elite. Platform billing keeps 20% of paid lessons booked through ECB, and that 20% includes Stripe's processing fees. On Core and Elite you pay Stripe's processing fees yourself.
