A meeting type is not a coaching offer
Calendly thinks in event types. A coach sells private lessons, semi-privates, clinics, camps, packages, and travel sessions, each with its own capacity, place, and payment rule.
The Calendly alternative
Calendly is excellent at letting someone pick a meeting time. Elite Coach Booking is built for coaches who sell private lessons, packages, clinics, and camps, with a website, payment rules, and venue attached to every booking.
Every one of these is a real, published coach site. Yours is built the same way, with booking, payments, and your programs wired in behind it.
Configure it once. After that, you create a new offer in the app and it goes live on your public site the moment you save. You never open a website editor again.
Change a price, add a camp, open a new date. It all updates your site automatically, from your phone.
Calendly thinks in event types. A coach sells private lessons, semi-privates, clinics, camps, packages, and travel sessions, each with its own capacity, place, and payment rule.
Calendly gives you a scheduling page. Elite Coach Booking includes a premium coaching website. The offers you set in the app are the offers on the public page.
Calendly Standard can collect payment through Stripe or PayPal on a scheduled event. Elite Coach Booking attaches the payment rule to the lesson, package, or clinic, and the money still lands in your own Stripe account.
A generic scheduler holds a time. Elite Coach Booking holds a time and a place, including drive time between venues, so a 4pm slot is only offered where you can actually be.
We handle scheduling, offers, payments, and your website in ways built for coaches, not classes. Most of it Calendly does not have.
Calendly schedules meetings. Elite Coach Booking is a coaching website and booking system for independent sports coaches, with payments to the coach's own Stripe account and a flat $119 a month.
Independent sports coaches who sell more than one offer, often in more than one place, and want the public page, the booking, and the payment to be the same system.
$119/mo, flat
People who need a clean meeting scheduler for calls, consults, or one simple appointment type, and who are happy to keep website, packages, and lesson rules in other tools.

“I already use Calendly” is a fair objection, and it is usually true as far as it goes.
Calendly is good at what it was built to do. Its public pricing page, fetched 17 August 2026, still presents a Free plan with one event type, Standard at $10 per seat each month on yearly billing, Teams at $16, and Enterprise starting at $15,000 a year. That is a meeting product with a clear ladder.
A sports coaching business is not a meeting product. The person on the other side of the booking is buying a lesson at a court, a clinic with a roster, or a package with credits, not a 30-minute call. When those rules live in Calendly plus a website plus a Stripe link plus a text thread, the scheduler is doing its job and the business is still being carried by hand.
Elite Coach Booking puts the website, the offer, the place, and the payment on the same path. The coach still owns the calendar and the money.

The demo is a live coach site with real availability, a working booking widget, and the coach app behind it. This is what your clients will use.

We create the professional starting point, connect your first offers, and guide you through launch. Then you stay in control from the Coach app for $119 a month, with payments straight to your own account.
If you only book one simple session type, you may not need to. Switch when the coaching business around the slot (website, packages, clinics, venues, payment rules, reminders) is still living in texts and spreadsheets. The longer write-up is on the blog.
No. Calendly's public yearly prices start free, then $10 and $16 per seat. Elite Coach Booking is $119 a month because it includes the coaching website, offer types, packages, and location-aware booking, not because it is a meeting scheduler with a higher sticker.
Yes. Bookings write to your own Google Calendar. Elite Coach Booking is the booking brain, not a second calendar you have to live in.
With the White-Glove Launch, we create the professional website starting point and first connected offers, guide you live through every section, and let you publish when you are ready.
