What The White-Glove Launch Actually Gives A Coach

A specific account of the Elite Coach Booking White-Glove Launch, covering intake, the private site build, the connected booking workspace, live guidance, and who decides when it goes public.

A five item launch checklist covering intake, private site, booking workspace, group onboarding, and coach publishing.

Setup services are easy to sell vaguely and hard to sell honestly.

The vague version promises a transformation and stays quiet about what actually arrives, when, and who is responsible for the last mile. So here is what the White-Glove Launch builds, what you do, and what you decide.

What it is

The White-Glove Launch is a one-time guided setup: $299 today. It includes 30 days of Core, which begins when we deliver your Coach app access after setup. Core renews at $119 per month after that, and you can cancel anytime.

That is the whole commercial shape. There is no separate build fee, no per-booking cut on your lesson fees, and no long contract.

Step one: intake

We start by asking what you actually run.

What you coach, where you coach it, what you sell, how you price it, who your clients are, and what your week looks like. Not a design questionnaire about colors. The questions are about the business, because the site and the booking rules both come out of those answers.

Step two: a private site, built for you

Your coaching website gets built for you from that intake. Your offers, your venues, your language, your photos.

It is private while this happens. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed, and nothing is sent to your client list. You are looking at a real site, not a mockup, but the world is not.

Step three: the booking workspace, connected

A website that cannot take a booking is a brochure. So the site is built on top of a working system.

Your offers exist as real bookable things. Your availability reflects where you actually coach and the travel between venues. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so lesson fees go to you and you remain the merchant. Packages, deposits, reminders, and client records are all part of the same workspace.

Step four: live guidance

Then we walk you through it with a real person, not a help article and a wish of good luck.

The purpose of that session is that you can run the thing afterward. Change a price, open a new date, add a clinic, adjust your availability, edit your site. Every coach account has website editing access, so this is not a service you have to call us to use later.

Step five: you publish

Your website stays private until you publish it. The launch decision is yours. You look at what was built, you change what you want changed, and you decide when it represents you well enough to send to a client.

We do not push it live on a schedule that suits us.

What it does not promise

It does not promise a number of bookings, a revenue figure, a search ranking, or a timeline for any of those. Nobody can promise those honestly, because they depend on your market, your rates, your reputation, and your follow-up.

What you get is a specific, finished starting point: a customized site, a connected booking and payment system, guidance from a person, and the decision about when it goes live.

If that is the trade you want, start with the White-Glove Launch.

Make the advice operational.

Elite Coach Booking turns coaching rules into a booking page, payment flow, reminder loop, and daily coach workspace.
