Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elite Coach Booking website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Elite Coach Booking provides booking, scheduling, automation, payment processing, and client-management software for coaches and similar service providers ("you" or "Coach"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated or improved over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
- By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and any taxes to that method.
- The fees that apply to your subscription are presented to you before you are charged and may change with notice. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments to coaches
The Service may facilitate payments from a Coach's clients to the Coach through a third-party payment processor. We are not a party to the agreement between a Coach and their clients and are not responsible for the coaching services delivered. Coaches are solely responsible for the services they provide, applicable taxes, and any disputes or chargebacks arising from their client transactions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law; infringing the rights of others; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the Service to send spam or unlawful communications. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any necessary consents for the data you upload, including your clients' personal information.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Elite Coach Booking and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Coach Booking will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
