Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for Elite Coach Booking. It applies to subscription fees you pay us for access to the Service.

1. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can use the Service at no charge for the stated trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the applicable subscription fee.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time. However, we want you to be satisfied:

Email support@elitecoachbooking.com from the email address on your account, including the charge date and amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Payments between coaches and their clients

Payments that a coach collects from their own clients through the Service are separate from your subscription with us. Refunds for those client payments are the responsibility of the coach and are handled under that coach's own policies. Elite Coach Booking is not a party to those transactions.
