This site is operated by Elite Coach Booking on behalf of Summit Tennis Academy. It explains what we collect when you book a session and how we use it.
Your name, email, phone number, and the details you provide when booking. We use them to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your sessions.
We store a random identifier in this browser for up to one year to estimate unique website visitors and record which public pages are viewed. The identifier is not connected to your booking name, email, phone number, or client record. We do not store your IP address or browser details with these page views. Clearing this site's browser storage resets the identifier, and supported browser privacy signals disable it.
Booking requires a mobile number and a checked consent box on the booking form, which consents to non-marketing booking texts only: confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and sign-in codes. No marketing texts are sent under this consent. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your opt-in and phone number are used only to message you about your sessions and are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing.
We share booking details only with the coach you book and the service providers needed to deliver the service (scheduling, payments, messaging). We do not sell your data.
Elite Coach Booking also maintains a platform-wide privacy policy that describes how we process data on behalf of coaches, including our subprocessors (hosting, payments, email, SMS, and optional AI features) and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.
